This unique 10-week program is all about building friendships, confidence, and independence through community-based social activities. Whether you’re into coffee catchups, lunch outings, movies, or just discovering new local spots, we personalise each session to your preferences and needs.
Our program is designed for NDIS participants to grow their social skills and confidence in a fun, relaxed environment. It’s about more than just getting out—it’s about making real connections, sharing joy, and building the confidence to engage with others.
What’s included:
Personalised Group Support: Each participant is paired with a Raise Your Spirit Happiness Coach who’s passionate about helping you connect with others. We carefully match you with coaches and peers who complement your personality and goals, ensuring that you feel comfortable and included during every outing.
Customised Social Activities: Enjoy a mix of cafés, frappes, lunches, movies, games, or any group activity that brings joy—tailored to your interests.
Inclusive & Supportive Environment: All abilities are welcome. We cater for participants at all comfort and confidence levels, creating a welcoming space to socialise at your own pace.
Comprehensive Support: We coordinate all aspects of the program, including both face-to-face group support and non-face-to-face time for planning and coordination. The price includes 4-hour social outings with personalised support, plus 1.5 hours of non-face-to-face coordination time each week.

Open to All Ages & Abilities: Social Sparks is suitable for participants aged 7+, with tailored groups for ages 7–14, 15–25, and 25+. All abilities are welcome, and we support everyone to participate in a way that works for them.

Please note:
The price includes 4-hour social outings with personalised support, plus 1.5 hours of non-face-to-face coordination time each week.
All prices are subject to change based on the NDIS price guide and may vary depending on your location and individual requirements.
Activity-based transport and recreational activity costs are additional and will be quoted as required.
Prices do not include costs for complex needs or an establishment fee.
