How It Works:

• Participants engaging in at least 15 hours/week of support through Raise Your Spirit will have all shared areas fully furnished at no cost.
• Shared homes with 3–4 like-minded residents
• Interest-based housemate matching to ensure a good vibe
• Locations launched based on demand—we’ll open in your area when enough interest is reached

A small security deposit applies to help keep your home safe and respected. This is not a rental bond and does not create a lease. We keep it affordable—because independence should be within reach.

A Raise Your Spirit Client Service Agreement will outline the support structure and participation terms, separate from any housing arrangements.

Important Behaviour Agreement: All participants are expected to follow the Happy Homes Code of Conduct. In cases of serious misconduct (e.g. illegal activity, violence, theft, or repeated disruptive behaviour), Raise Your Spirit reserves the right to remove a participant from the shared living program in line with our Participant Behaviour Policy. Safety and wellbeing of all residents is our top priority.
